As a commercial brokerage firm, we specialize in placing projects with interested investors for various types of funding and terms.  

We are a direct agent of a diverse group of funding sources from investment trusts, private equity, asset managers and lenders. 

Each of our investors will require unique documentation and mandate their own terms.  Our primary goal is to find an interested investor for your project with the best terms available for each unique situation.  Some projects may qualify for structured financing while others may better fit with either a joint venture opportunity or traditional financing.

Both US and International projects will be considered.
