We are currenty offering various financing packages for motion picture produtions.
Our programs are available for established film producers with a proven track record. We currently do not have anything available for small scale productions or start-ups.
Please submit the following documents. If you do not have all the items listed, please wait until you do and submit everything at once. Our investors will not look at incomplete packages.
1) Script & Synopsis and/or Treatment
2) Budget/Top Sheet & Full Budget We need 8-10% Contingency, 2-3% Completion
Bond, EP or Producer Credit for LW
3) Executive Summary; Explain present status of the film and include Bios on all
principals and any attachments such as LOIs re talent, director, etc.
4) Pre-Sales, if any, or LOI
5) Distribution (LOI if in place), Are there any existing Distribution Agreements?
6) Tax Credits, if any
7) Planned Filming Location?
8) Can you provide a "Time line Schedule?"
9) What Investment (Equity) can you, the Producer (or your Investors) make
towards the total Budget?
