Octagon Financial is a commercial brokerage firm specializing in placing projects with interested investors for various projects both nationwide and internationally.  Each of our investors will require unique documentation and mandate their own terms.  Our primary goal is to find an interested investor for your project with the best terms available.  If you have a project that needs funding, please email us a complete business plan to:  denise@funding-network.com.

The funding process will take approximately eight weeks after you have received a letter of interest.

The business plan must contain the following information:

• Detailed business plan
• Pro-forma projections for at least two years
• Resumes of management team
• Use of funds breakdown
• Exit strategy
