Octagon Financial operates as a division of Octagon Realty & Mortgage, Inc. as a commercial loan brokerage firm.  Our mission is to provide our clients with exceptional lending programs for all of their real estate and business needs.  The division goes above and beyond the services of a typical mortgage company.  

Objectives

Octagon is dedicated to providing the highest level of personal service to our clients.  We are committed to obtaining and placing our clients in the most favorable loan for each situation.  We have a wide range of investors for loans of $250,000 to 1 Billion+.   We work directly with investors and underwriters providing conventional loans, hard money, residential and commercial mortgages, business loans and venture capital funding.

Our team consists of seasoned professionals in the financial industry.  We only hire staff that has integrity, thorough knowledge of each of our programs offered, and dedicated to a high level of organization and customer relations.

Managing Broker

Octagon is managed by Kevin Cahill, Esq., a California licensed attorney and mortgage and real estate broker with over 12 years experience as in-house counsel to some of the country’s most prominent corporations and law firms. Mr. Cahill is a veteran in the legal arena, bringing several years of experience to the business as a transactional real estate attorney specializing in all areas of real estate, acquisitions, financing and management.  In addition, he has extensive corporate, business and legal expertise in the areas of litigation and contract negotiation.
